Looking for Line Cooks who would like to contributetheir talents to an already stellar team. Candidates should be self-motivated and looking to grow and contribute to agreat Japanese fusion concept, located in Brentwood. Candidates must have at least these few requirements: 3-5 years working on the line Having your own set of knives (afull set is not required) Worked in or around Japanese cuisine (not required but a +) Worked in a goal driven kitchen Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
